The nutrition classes are enjoyable, fun and educational events where participants learn together the importance of eating real food, including real bread. Yes, real bread. This bread is available for sampling as well as purchase. License for making the bread, recipes and training is also discussed and purchase made available for anyone interested.

The classes also include a proven strategy to evaluate the vitamins and supplements a person uses for the bioavailability and purity of the product.

Each class, I share a learned method as to how to incorporate both the medical field and natural health formulas to obtain and retain optimal health.

Additionally, questions, answers and discussion are made available at the end of the class. The exchanging of information and experiences make for a fun experience.

The classes are done in offices, homes, churches, groups or anywhere people want to learn.

The next class will take place on January 18th, from 1-4pm at Bennett’s Publical Family Sports Grill.
